A visit to Croydon

Yesterday we paid a visit to Sam's great-aunts Acky and Fifi in Croydon. We decided to take the car and do a bit of bus-spotting on the way.

We learned these two things:

1. There are lots and lots of buses in London.

2. Croydon is a very long way from Pinner!

We did get a bit lost on the way (and on the way back) and the road signs in Croydon are not the best in the world, but we arrived after and hour and a half to a wonderfully warm welcome and delicious food.
