A Trip to Town

On Saturday, we decided to get out of the flat and let the decorators get on with it without us getting under their feet. So, where do you go on a sunny Saturday morning? Le Delice, Walthamstow, of course !

After Le Delice, we headed underground and into town. After a swift(ish) trawl of John Lewis for some t-shirts and a great new pair of sandals, we went to find the children's playground in Hyde Park. We found it, after a long, long walk through the park. As there was a queue to get in to the playground (!) we decided to have a picnic in the park instead. Sam had a really good run around and we walked back past the fountains by Lancaster Gate, had a few goes on a slide in another playground and then we went back underground at Marble Arch and then home.



A good day out and just look at those sandals. Swish !
