This implies many things - weaning off the bottle and starting to eat proper food. Cooking and preparing especially for Sam, pureeing and mashing, new skills we are going to have to learn. There are also a lot of habits we will have to un-learn - using salt in food preparation being a major one. Did you know that the stringy bits on a banana are a choking hazard?
Sam is also moving better and sitting up in his chair. He is turning over when on his back, and he is able, with a little help, to shuffle along the floor. It's jerky and sporadic, but he is getting better all the time.

Well then a gate for the stairs is now a priority.
As is now keeping a proper watch on him, maybe a Transponder round his neck so that you can keep track of him before he climbs up the Chimney etc.
