Well, we're back !
What fun we had at Grandma Linda and Grandpa Nazam's house. After a frozen 8 hour journey up through the freezing fog and snow on the M6, we had such a warm welcome from all the family.
The journey up
There was snow and ice all around the house in Stockport, which made nipping out to the park a bit of a problem. Angela's foot claws helped a lot and we did get out most days. Six days inside would be enough for anyone !
Sam coped very well with the long drive. For those of you desperate to know, we stopped at Watford Gap and Sandbach on the way up and Norton Canes (M6 Toll) and South Mims on the way back. He setteld in very quickly at L&N's, probably as he was so tired after the journey up. The second night was a bit more difficult and Sam was up in the evening, which is not routine, but it's Christmas, so it's fine!
Christmas dinner was cooked miraculously by Joanne ans Saul in about 2 hours after their journey up from London on Christmas morning. I don't know how they did that, but it was a great dinner and we all enjoyed the delicious food immensely. Sam missed it, unfortunately, as he was in bed at the time. Next year...
Festive food fun
Sam did have a vast amount of presents to open. All the family were generous to a fault and Sam will certainly not need any toys for, ooh, about twelve months, I'd say...
Thanks everyone for a wonderful Christmas. See you next year !

Quiet obviously paper and wrappings are a lot more intersting than pressies.
Just you wait a year
Who is the lady holding Sam....I haven't seen her for ages. She is not so camera shy now, so maybe she will be soon to appear on a screen near me...I hope so.
Why are the security words you have to put in all twisted and gnarled ( Dont say just like me )
